I also have training plans available for beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes for sprint, olympic, half-ironman, and ironman events. Training plans range from 16 weeks to 24 weeks in duration. Plans are $10 per week with a minimum plan costing $160.
All of my training plans take you through your base, build, and peak phases with the focus on your “A” priority race of the season. Up to five additional races can be scheduled into these plans with each added race costing $10 to re-configure the general structure of the plan. Once completed, training plans are e-mailed directly to my athletes in a “Word” format. Training plans include workout descriptions, weight training guidelines and plan, nutritional tips and guidelines, and e-mail support.
